Sharing lab space

The Central Laboratory of vector engineering has been officially registered as a biosafety level 1 (BSL-1) and Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) laboratory in Changping District Health and Health Committee. It can carry out the experimental activities related to pathogenic microorganisms within the scope of filing application.

       In order to better improve the efficiency of experimental space use and avoid repeated construction, the carrier Engineering Center, on the premise of ensuring its normal experimental activities and service work, opens part of BSL-2 laboratory space to all laboratories of Beijing brain center to better assist scientific research. If you need to know the experimental content and pathogenic microorganism types covered by the filing application, please consult the Biosafety Management Committee of Beijing brain center or the staff of vector engineering center.

       In addition to the BSL-2 experimental space, the carrier Engineering Center will also open some conventional experimental areas for sharing according to the actual situation. Please contact the personnel of carrier engineering center directly for sharing consultation, use training, or appointment registration..

       When using the shared space, please operate in strict accordance with the biosafety system, observe the relevant regulations of the Central Laboratory of carrier engineering and ensure the cleanness of the laboratory. After the end of the experiment, timely collect the samples, clean the reagents used, clean the experimental space and dispose the generated garbage. The user and the laboratory shall be responsible for the experimental accidents caused by the illegal operation.
