Laboratory equipment management system (Draft)

1. The instruments to which the laboratory belongs are for the exclusive use of laboratory personnel and are planned and managed by the laboratory in a unified way. No department or individual is allowed to occupy or misappropriate them without authorization.
2. All instruments in the laboratory shall be registered and set up instrument files, with operation methods, maintenance, repair, instructions and use registration books.
3. The laboratory instruments shall be placed reasonably, and the precious instruments shall be managed by a specially assigned person. The person in charge of the instruments shall regularly check, maintain and maintain the instruments.
4. The laboratory management personnel shall regularly check the instruments and equipment and circuits, maintain them in time, remove the instrument faults, eliminate the hidden dangers, and ensure that the instruments and equipment are in good working condition. In case of any unsafe factors, they shall report to the laboratory principal in time and take measures to eliminate them in time. It is strictly prohibited to operate the instrument and equipment with faults.
5. Precision or valuable instruments shall not be moved at will. In case of any damage, it is forbidden to dismantle them without permission. It is necessary to report to the relevant person in charge in time and contact the relevant engineer to report the instrument maintenance.
6. Before using the instrument for the first time, the user shall be trained or agreed by the person in charge of the instrument. During the use process, the user shall operate in strict accordance with the standard operating procedures. In case of any problem or failure, the user shall report to the person in charge of the instrument in time.
7. The instrument shall be registered before use, and the use record shall be made as required after use. The instrument administrator shall sign on the record book after confirming the instrument status; valuable or large-scale instruments shall be registered and reserved in advance.
8. The laboratory instruments and equipment shall not be lent without the consent of the relevant person in charge of the laboratory. The use of the laboratory instruments by other laboratory personnel shall be approved by the person in charge of the laboratory and trained by the instrument administrator before use. The use process shall strictly follow the standard operation process and require appointment and registration.
9. All kinds of instruments and equipment (except refrigerators and temperature boxes) shall be treated as required after use (such as cleaning, standing, etc.), and the power supply shall be turned off at appropriate time according to the situation. If necessary, it is necessary to reset the instrument knob, etc., and leave after careful inspection.
10. Instruments that contact with humid air, acid or alkali, or other corrosive reagents and may be rusted shall be cleaned by the user in time after use (anhydrous ethanol shall be selected as the case may be).
11. Rubber products that are easy to age and become sticky shall be protected from heat, light or contact with organic solvents. After use, they shall be cleaned and stored in containers with covers or plastic bags.
12. Instruments and equipment shall be kept clean, and dust cover shall be provided if necessary.
13. When using the instrument, it must be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and the party concerned shall be held responsible for the violation of the operating procedures and the damage of the instrument and instrument caused by improper storage.
