Laboratory personnel management system (Draft)

1. All personnel entering the laboratory must receive safety training and pass the examination before they can take up their posts.
2. When entering the laboratory, the laboratory personnel must carefully study the relevant laboratory safety, biosafety, fire safety, and sanitation regulations, abide by the rules and regulations of the laboratory, and obey the management of the laboratory management personnel.
3. The experimental area and office environment should be relatively independent to ensure good experimental conditions and personal health and safety. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the laboratory, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the experimental area, and all personal or irrelevant articles shall not be stored in the experimental area.
4. The laboratory personnel shall be familiar with and strictly abide by the relevant instruments and experimental operation procedures. It is strictly prohibited to use the special computer of the instrument for recreational activities or other work unrelated to the function of the instrument.
5. Work in the laboratory must wear appropriate protective equipment (test clothes, gloves, goggles, masks, etc.), and laboratory personnel shall not bring the experimental protective equipment into the public area or rest area.
6. At the end of each experiment, the experimenter has the obligation to clean up, clean the table and tidy up the instrument. Make sure that the desk top and equipment used in the laboratory are free of stains, ash and sundries, and keep a good sanitary environment all the time.
7. When using laboratory instruments and equipment, the experimenter shall fill in the use record carefully and truthfully according to the regulations. When using controlled or hazardous reagents, the experimenter shall follow the relevant regulations and operate in strict accordance with the standard operation process and carefully register the dosage. The toxic and hazardous waste liquid generated shall be properly treated according to the relevant regulations.
8. In case of damage or loss of instruments and equipment due to non-compliance with management regulations, non-compliance with management of experimental management personnel, or illegal operation, dereliction of duty, neglect of safety and other reasons, the laboratory personnel shall make compensation and punishment according to relevant regulations or actual value of instruments.
9. The laboratory personnel who need to work overtime on holidays must report and register to the laboratory administrator, clarify the safety responsibilities of water, electricity, fire, theft, etc. during the overtime period, and make safety records.
10. The laboratory shall be equipped with security administrator, and different areas shall be equipped with regional security officer, and the security area responsibility system shall be implemented. The security administrator and security officer are responsible for the inspection of security work, and do a good job in anti-theft, fire prevention, moisture-proof, explosion-proof and other work to ensure the safety of the laboratory. Before the shift or holiday, the security inspection must be carried out to cut off the power supply, fire source, close the window and lock the door.
11. The laboratory management personnel must carefully implement the laboratory safety and health management regulations, be civilized and tidy, put instruments and equipment in order, strengthen technical safety work, strictly implement standardized management and measurement management, and put an end to accidents.
